Contracting online

Returns and Refunds Policy
As the subscription is a digital good, its purchase gives you access to all the tools, courses, reports and documentation of Jarvis Labs. Thus, in accordance with the European legislation to which we are bound, the purchase of a digital subscription does not entitle us to a refund.
However, a refund request will still be validated if it is made within 12 hours after the access validation.

​The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
Jarvis Labs technically processes the CLIENT’s data only to provide the Service, to the exclusion of any other use, for the benefit of Jarvis Labs or third parties. In accordance with the GDPR, personal data are stored and processed by Jarvis Labs (and its subcontractor) on servers located exclusively secure and are not subject to any transfer.
Jarvis Labs undertakes to ensure the security and protection of the confidentiality of the CLIENT’s personal data in order to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or communicated to unauthorised third parties. Jarvis Labs undertakes to ensure, and to ensure that any technical service provider responsible for the implementation of the Service, in particular the Platform acting as a subcontractor of Jarvis Labs, complies with the strictest confidentiality and security in the process of processing, storing and safeguarding the CLIENT’s personal data, in accordance with good practice, in strict compliance with the GDPR and in accordance with the provisions of the Contract.
In accordance with art. 33.2 of EU Regulation 2016/679, Jarvis Labs undertakes to inform the CLIENT without delay of any “violation” of personal data (unauthorized access, unauthorized copying, corruption of personal data files, etc.) of which he is aware, at the CLIENT’s expense to inform (i) the supervisory authority on which it depends, and (ii) when this violation “is likely to occur to create a high risk to rights and freedoms”, the persons concerned.
If the customer wishes to delete or ask his personal data from Jarvis Labs, he can request it directly via askus@jarvis-labs.xyz. The Client’s personal data are kept for a period of 10 years after the end of his subscription or from the last contact with Jarvis Labs if the client doesn’t subscribe.
